Eligibility conditions for refund request:
You are within the first 21 days of the original purchase.
We cannot grant refunds after the first 21 days of the original purchase.
That you have not used all of the available downloads on the original purchase.
That you agree to deactivate or delete the original purchase.
That you agree that you have not shared in either digital or print form with anyone the original purchase.
You have contacted our support staff and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s).
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and may be offered as either a credit to your account or a full refund.
By purchasing products from our website, you agree to this refund policy and agree to accept the decisions made without questions, judgement or legal actions.
We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an product has a major problem. This is when the product:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product if they had known about it
Is significantly different from the sample or description
Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the product and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
